Beau loves to walk all the way down the drive way with Ben to get the trash can on Wednesdays.
And we have a long driveway.

Updates:
Beau is 13 months old
He weights about 19 lbs ( we are hoping to turn his car seat around any day!)
He can run short distances
He and Ace are learning to chase each other- the laughing is music to my ears!
He can climb on and off his toy truck and plane.
He is starting to sit and read his books and is repeating sounds.
SNAIL- he says NAIL
We have introduced the potty before bath time and he loves it! (He has pee pied in it once!)
His favorite snacks are Cheetos puffs
He loves to throw ball and we are working on his golf swing!

AND he is the sweetest boy on earth!

A Very Fun Birthday Party!

We had a very fun weekend! On Saturday we had our first birthday to attend as a family!! The first Birthday of Isabella Hanselman! It was a wonderful Princess Party! Isabella sure looked the part, isn't she beautiful!

Beau Pushed Bella in her new car so she could fully enjoy her new toy.


And Beau took him turn in the car!

They played Chef with Bella's new kitchen, Beau loved the knife.

FOR SALE

Ben and I have been thinking about selling the house and we have finally taken the plunge!

Although home prices have dropped in the recent year; Havana seems to be holding it's value fairly well. Our short term plans are to sell and rent in the Downtown/Mid-Town area where we will be closer to work. We are both very excited about our decision. Right now we have the home for sale by owner for $345,000. Our home was built in 2007; has 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths and an additional office/bedroom. In a few weeks it will be listed with Mattice & Mattice. If you know anyone looking for a newer home in Havana- send them a link!

Please pray for us while we sell and hunt for a new place to live- we feel like this is the next step in Gods path for our family!
