Grandparents Visit!!

Ben's parents came to visit us on Saturday and are keeping Beau this week before Thanksgiving. This is the first time they have seen him since he was 3 weeks old. They are amazed how much he has grown and changed. Beau is 4 months and 4 weeks old. Pop Pop is having a good time visiting with Beau. Now that he is laughing and "more durable" Pop Pop is really enjoying bonding with his first grandson.

Most of all they are enjoying taking naps together!!

I think Beau is looking more and more like Pop pop, what do y'all think??

It also appears that my son my be an IT guy when he grows up!!! Doesn't this remind you of that online trading commercial...

Beau had just woke up and I could here him talking to himself in his room. So I snuck into his room to watch him and he was playing with his blanket. It was so cute, he was looking at all the colors and just talking up a storm. These are the picts I took, SO SWEET! He always wakes up happy it is the most precious thing I have ever seen!!

YEA TURKEY DAY!!

We are so excited about Thanksgiving!! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. The food, family and cool weather, I can't imagine a better combination. Beau is so excited; his Memaw and Pop pop are coming to town this Saturday. This will be the first time they have visited since he was 3 weeks old. He has changed so much since then!! I cannot wait to see their faces when they see their grandson. Especially since he is looking more and more like Popop everyday!!! I will be sure to post lots of pictures.

Ben and I have so much to be thankful for. This year has been wonderful. We have enjoyed another year in our beautiful home, and have been blessed with a wonderful son. Sometimes I feel too lucky. I could have never imagined my life to be so perfect. Ben and I have good health, loyal friends, loving family, a strong realtionship with our Savior, and continue to have a unbreakable bond together.

Beau and Isabella

Beau and Isabella on their first date, Haloween!! So cute! Isabella is a few weeks younger than Beau and has beautiful brown eyes and olive skin. Don't they make a beautiful couple!!

Look he is checking her out already!!! HA HA!! At least we know he has good taste.

Wow, kinda late!! Here are a few pictures of our first Haloween outing. Ben, Beau, and I attending our church function. It was alot of fun all the kids were so cute!! Beau wasn't anything in paticular but I loved this owl hat and the had matching rattle shoes!! I am so looking forward to next year when we will be chasing him!!

Wow he is growing fast!!!

So I was just reading my friends Paiges blog and Zoie is like 28 inches long and 18 lbs at 9 months old. Beau went to the Doctor Monday morning (he has a bad cough, sounds like he has been smoking for 15 years) and guess how long my child is.....

25 inches long!!!!!!!!!!!

I knew he seemed like a long baby. He only weight 12.8 lbs, he is long and skinny. Not like his mama, thankfully!!

He is developing so quickly last night I was reading him a book before his bath and he was trying to hold the book and turn the pages. He was facinated with the bright colors on the pages. Of course we were reading Bambi in the Medow, daddy wants to start him early.
